Our story

What it’s actually like to rent here

My wife and I signed a lease at The Beverly at One Scottsdale (7395 E Legacy Blvd, Scottsdale, AZ 85255) in February 2026. We rent one of the most expensive units on the property: our base rent is $6,435 a month, and our October 2026 statement came to $7,034.49. For what we pay, we expected responsive maintenance, clear communication and well-kept common areas. That isn’t what we got.

I built this site because I want people searching for The Beverly Scottsdale reviews, The Beverly One Scottsdale complaints or resident experiences to be able to find a detailed, firsthand account before they sign a lease. My Google review of the property has not stayed up, so I’m publishing it here, where it will.

The problems

What went wrong, in short

Our bathroom closet at The Beverly after the HVAC closet leak: flooring stripped, drywall cut open, dehumidifier running
MaintenanceA water leak that took months to fixWater leaked from the HVAC closet into our bathroom and bedroom for about three months before repairs.
